Crispy Zucchini


Ponti Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
4 medium zucchini
50 gr semolina
25 gr grated parmesan cheese
extra virgin olive oil
salt to taste


Preheat the oven to 200° C. Wash zucchini and cut them in small sticks. In a medium bowl, combine semolina, grated parmesan cheese, and salt to taste. Dip zucchini sticks in the coating mixture, then place them side by side on an oiled baking dish. Bake for about 20 minutes and if you wish, broil for the last 3 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool. Season with a drizzle of Ponti Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
